Sometimes I see things that look like Antiques, but I’m not really quite sure if they are. Some things don’t have dates on them. What are items to look for at garage sales that can be antiquey. Any websites that do appraisels? Im pretty open to collecting anything. Please let me know. Thanks!

Well made that you didn’t see in the store in this past 20 years.

Pick a few things that interest you.. research them on Ebay see what they sell for. Then you know what you should be paying for items. The posts give you a lot of info.
A website that does appraisels wouldn’t really work for you if you’re buying things from garage sales.
Estate Sales are good for furniture.

browse around in some antique shops. see what they have to offer, it may give you some idea of what you want to collect and will give you an idea of what you want to pay when you find it. go to the library and nose through some books. good luck and have fun.
